• July 2009 Hello everyone :) It's been a funny old month for me in good ways and bad ways. I was due to have my 3 month check up this month but I became very poorly a few days before my appointment, I started coughing and having high temperatures (over 40 woooooooooooow) so mummy and daddy took me to the local walk in centre to see the nurse. The nice nurse said I had signs of swine flu and because of my past medical history they wanted me to start treatment straight away so I got told to go home and daddy had to go and pick up my special tablets (tamiflu). After a few days I was feeling much better and back to my normal cheeky self and I made a full recovery. I have completed my nursery year and now moving up to reception class in September. In my report the teachers said I have been a really good and helpful girl and have improved in everyway over the year. Mummy and daddy bought me a new toy for being really good. I missed the last week of school due to being ill with this swine flu but I can't wait till I go back to the big class in September and see all my friends again. My 3 month check up has been moved to August but am feeling more fitter and healthier than ever before. Am growing really fast too, am in size 6-7 years now, not bad for a 4 year old. Am still putting on good healthy weight and daddy said am growing like a giant and I will soon be able to reach the moon :) Am going the fair with mummy and my friends now but I will update once I have my check up in August, hope all my friends have a really good summer holidays and everyone has a really nice summer Love Emma x |
